23 Resolutions for 2023: How ChatGPT is Helping Me Take My Creative Practice to the Next Level

As a queer black artist, I'm always looking for ways to embrace new technologies and tools that can enhance my creative practice. That's why I was really excited to try out ChatGPT, a conversational AI model that can help you brainstorm and generate new ideas. If you’ve seen some of my recent posts on TikTok and Instagram, you may have witnessed some of the ways in which AI tools like ChatGPT and DALL•E have already integrated themselves into my creative process.



To that end, I figured, what better way to start the new year than by using ChatGPT to come up with a list of new year's resolutions? So, with the help of this handy tool, I've come up with a list of 23 resolutions specifically tailored to my identity and goals.


From networking with other artists and creatives to experimenting with new mediums and techniques, these resolutions are all about taking my creative practice to the next level. And I'm excited to see how ChatGPT and other AI tools can help me achieve these goals and integrate technology into my daily life as an artist.


So here's to a productive and creative 2023! I can't wait to see what the new year brings and how these resolutions will help me grow as an artist.

  1. Set specific, achievable goals for my career as a filmmaker and content creator.

  2. Work on building my personal brand and expanding my online presence.

  3. Spend more time on personal creative projects, such as writing music or making art.

  5. Take care of my mental health by setting aside time for self-care and mindfulness practices.
